How to get to the Dambulla Cave Temple?

You can get to the Dambulla Cave Temple by car. It is around 20 km to travel from Sigiriya to the cave temple. If you are traveling from Kandy, you need to travel around 70 km. This temple is located directly adjacent to the Kandy Sigiriya main road. This makes the access to the temple even more convenient. This temple is open 7 days a week. You need to buy a ticket from the ticket counter before entering the temple.
